We are a short distance from the centre of Vila Nova de Cerveira, in Bairro de Lourido, with the Rio Minho and the Spanish border close by. Call or write to us directly with any question about your stay, and someone at the hotel will answer.
There is no call centre between you and the building. The person on the phone is the person who will hand you your key.

The front desk is staffed twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year, including the small hours when most arrivals from the motorway happen.
Arriving at the hotel
Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. If your travel plans fall outside those hours, let us know in advance and we will do what we can; baggage storage is available either side of your stay.
Parking is free on site and no reservation is needed, so arriving by car is straightforward. Children of all ages are welcome, and family rooms are available. Pets are not allowed.
Booking conditions, including anything relating to changes or cancellation, depend on the room and rate you choose. You will find the conditions that apply to your stay during the booking process.
Reception, where every stay begins and where any question about rooms, balconies, breakfast or the surrounding region can be answered by someone who lives here.
